Traditional South Tyrolean cuisine meets Mediterranean lightness.

At the Hotel Jägerheim we do our best to spoil you with culinary delights from breakfast to dinner.

Together with our proven kitchen brigade we’ll try to delight you anew every day! Starting with the breakfast in the morning and going on with little homemade patisserie- and cake-buffets in the afternoon and ending with the day’s highlight: the dinner, with different menu choices & themed evenings.

Genuine Alpine Ingredients, combined with the flavors & aromas of the Italian & International Kitchen.

..and on top, your dining table will be lovely adorned (with a different theme) every night!

Breakfast.

Rich breakfast buffet with local, biologic and whole grain products (from 7.30 am till 10.00 am).

Sweets.

Cakes and little homemade patisserie-buffets waiting for you every afternoon.

Drinks.

Enjoy the awesome scenery with a good drink on our sun terrace.

Menu.

Dinner menu whit 2 different starters, 2-3 first courses, 3 second courses, 2 desserts, as well as a large salad buffet.
Once a week Appetizer Buffet, Dessert Buffet and Tyrolean Night.
On request we serve vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free menus.
