General terms and conditions of the 3-star superior hotel.

Find here all important information regarding our pet friendly Hotel Jägerheim in Selva di Val Gardena.

Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 3 pm
Check-out: within 11 am

Dogs welcome

Since we are a Dog Friendly Hotel, your beloved puppy is definitely welcome in our house! The stay for him is free of charge (food not included) after previous notification. We kindly recommend to bring your own dog bed or blanket and a muzzle (especially to use the public transportation). Buster & Friends are allowed into every area of the Hotel, exception made for the dining room, the wellness area and the attached lawn, during the opening time of the SPA (3.30 pm - 7.30pm). We also kindly ask you not to use our private meadow to „walk“ your four-legged friend…the kids playing in it will thank you!

Booking & deposit

To complete a reservation, please answer directly to our e-mail offer, indicating the option you have chosen. In reply you will get an e-mail with a payment request for a deposit of 30% of the total agreed price, within a set deadline. Within this time frame, the chosen room is to be considered reserved. Should we not receive the deposit payment by the due date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
After receiving the deposit we will send you the definite booking confirmation.

Cancellation policy terms

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

  • For a cancellation until 30 days prior the day of arrival only the deposit will be retained
  • For a cancellation from 29 until 10 days before the day of arrival 60% of the agreed total price (less the already paid deposit) will be charged
  • For a cancellation from 9 days until the day before the arrival 80% of the agreed total price (less the already paid deposit) will be charged
  • In case of a No Show 100% of the agreed total price (less the already paid deposit) will be charged
  • In case of early departure or late arrival 100% of the agreed daily price will be charged for every day not used

Important: Please note that these cancellation terms apply also if the cancelled rooms are re-sold completely or partially.

Covid-19

In case of new bans (lock-downs, border shut-downs etc.) related to the COVID-19, that would physically impede you to reach our hotel and step up to your reservation, the deposit would be credited for a future stay at our hotel within a year or refunded.

This would not apply for a travel warning only.

Cancellation travel insurance

To avoid additional expenses in case of a cancellation for proven disease, death, accident (and now also for Covid-infections and quarantines) we suggest to stipulate HERE our cancellation insurance (valid for all European countries and Russia).
